Hungry4Health has joined forces with Georgian Bay Warriors yoga, to offer you an evening that will leave you feeling nourished and relaxed. Yummy Yoga is the perfect name for our workshop that provides participants with a culinary adventure followed by a fabulous restorative yoga session.
My component of this workshop is the Test Kitchen. My mission is to take you on a fun, flavorful whirlwind tour of my kitchen! I will introduce you to some of my favorite tools and techniques, using healthy ingredients that may be new to you.
Here, in my Test Kitchen, we don't adhere to strict scientific rules or follow recipes to the letter! I am l about finding shortcuts, making cooking a breeze, and ensuring that every bite is healthy and downright delectable.
In order for me to better understand your needs and preferences, please take a moment to answer the attached questionnaire..
PLEASE ALSO SIGN THE WAIVER AND BRING SIGNED COPY WITH YOU TO THE WORKSHOP.
The Hungry for Health Story
Twelve years ago, I waved goodbye to corporate chaos and embraced the world of holistic nutrition. After receiving certification from the Canadian School of Holistic Nutrition, I launched Hungry4Health.
Why Hungry4Health?
Well, it all started with my ever-hungry kids! They were perpetually ravenous, and I was perpetually puzzled about what to feed them. Life was a whirlwind of school, hockey, swimming, and football, and I needed something quick and nutritious to keep us fueled.
Over the years, I've had the pleasure of working with amazing individuals from professional athletes to entire families. Some were on a mission to reclaim their health, while others were simply trying to navigate how to eat well while dealing with the pressures everyday life throws our way. Time constraints and information overload being two.
Let me help you feel more at ease in the kitchen by whipping up delicious, nourishing dishes that are easy and budget friendly.
So fasten your aprons and dig out your yoga mats.
See you soon at our next Yummy Yoga workshop on December 8th at 6pm.
