I just finished a 21 Food Detox with Kim. It was an incredible journey in changing eating habits. I wasn't sure I was going to be able to do it at first, however, the great thing about the detox with Kim was the weekly meetings to talk about what was working and wasn't working. Everyone had something to share and the environment was very comfortable.
Kim also provided options and suggestions on how to change the food you eat, use of supplements, and where one could find different products. It made it easier to do the detox, when Kim provided readily available substitutions in food choices.
Kim did cooking at every meeting, providing very yummy meals, that were easy to prepare with foods that could be found in local supermarkets. We also traded recipes among ourselves in the group, which increased my food choices.
It's been 28 days, and I have continued with the changes in eating, that I started almost a month ago. I feel better, my hormonal mood swings have stopped, I'm sleeping better and as a bonus, lost weight.
